How Long is Anigma Warranty?
By Default its 1 year from the date of purchase, however it may extended to 2 or 3 years if you bought extended warranty
What if the product that have a Hardware Issue is not available/out of stock, and it can't be fixed by the main brand?
Anigma reserves the right to use similar products for all repairs to computer systems if the original product is out of stock. with keeping in mind to use a similar or alternative part in term of performance and quality
Who is handling the Shipping from and to Anigma Workshop?
Anigma will offer 1 one year warranty on Gaming PCs, also will cover shipping costs and will replace the part(s) for the first 30 days after receiving your order. After 30 days, Anigma will honor warranty services and replacements with the exception of shipping costs. At this point, the Customer will be liable for all shipping costs.

Anigma is responsible for the Hardware defects, Manufacturing issues and problems related to Hardware
By communicating and handling the affected product with the main brand/factory
Software problems, issues, bugs are not included
When the Warranty Became Void?
As you might be very well aware due to GPU mining for Bitcoin we all face a VGA card shortage for our Real gamers community. if the cards got used for Cryptocurrency mining activity. the warranty will be null/void.
Also if there's physical damage to the product, warranty will be Void/Null
How long it take for a product to get fixed?
Depends on the brand, and the product
Usually it take 3 to 5 weeks for the process of the RMA "Return Merchandise Authorization" to be fully completed
For small products like Fans "not only", we replace immediately without sending it back to the main brand
